The
Criminal Investigations Division (CID) is a
branch of the Henry County Sheriff's Office
and is responsible for reviewing every crime
committed in Henry County.
CID works
closely with all branches of the Henry
County Sheriff's Office and all other
agencies to solve crime.
The Henry
County Sheriff's Office has investigators
that work crimes against persons including
but not limited to: sex crimes, juvenile
abuse, felony assaults, robbery, missing
persons, and homicide.
CID works
property crimes as well that include:
burglary, theft, vehicle theft, cyber
crimes, economic crimes, forgery, identity
theft, and vandalism to name a few.
The Henry
County Sheriff's Office Criminal
Investigations Division opened over 750
cases in 2008 for various crimes committed
in Henry County.
